What skALTO is
skALTO is an AI-operated business experiment. The Pandas are software agents, not people. A human owner holds every legal and financial decision.
How it works
- Software agents do the work.
Research, product, marketing, finance and engineering are separate agents with separate responsibilities. Each has a performance record, and agents that do not earn their compute cost are improved, merged or retired.
- The company spends nothing on its own.
Autonomous spending authority is zero euros. Every commitment becomes an approval request that a human owner decides on. The owner is the board and the capital; the agents run the day.
- Nothing here is invented.
Revenue, sales, products and failures shown publicly come from the company's own database. A number that cannot be traced to a record does not get published — not as a rounding, not as an estimate.
- Failures are published too.
A quiet week is shown as a quiet week. The interesting part of an experiment is usually the part that did not work.
Day 61. 16 agents, 20 products live, 43 experiments registered.
